I.M.P. aims at its customers’ complete satisfaction by reaching the highest qualitative standards. An accurate plan of monitorings and measurements of the processes has been established to ensure their efficacy and efficiency.

Products are checked and tested throughout all the stages of the working process (from the arrival of the raw material up to the release of the end product), in compliance with the criteria of acceptation established in special procedures. The possibility of identifying and tracking down the product along all the production line is a further requisition granted by the company.
